  • Comment from Gary Sides - Noted that Lenovo is a Chinese company. Expressed disappointment that American technology can not produce a similar devise (comparable in technology and price point) to foreign companies. This is an $11,000,000 purchase going directly to a Chinese company.
  • Todd Price recused himself from voting due to a conflict of interest.
  • 8-0 voted to approve (with one recused)
