About Us

We are Moms, Dads, Grands, Aunt, Uncles, Friends

Moms for Liberty welcomes all that have a desire to stand up for parental rights at all levels of government.

Our founders are Tiffany and Tina, moms on a mission to stoke the fires of liberty.  As former school board members, they witnessed how short-sighted and destructive policies directly hurt children and families. Now they are using their first-hand knowledge and experience to unite parents who are ready to fight those that stand in the way of liberty.

Honolulu, HI Chapter Focus:  Return to an Elected  Board of Education in Hawaii

In 2010 due to "furloughs" there was a state wide vote to remove elections for the Hawaii State Board of Education members and change it to a Board with members appointed by the Governor.  In other states the Board of Education is elected and there are multiple BOEs in different county school districts to better represent local communities.  Hawaii has only one Board of Education for the entire state which only holds in person meetings on Oahu.  Hawaii needs to return to an elected school Board of Education.  In addition, Hawaii needs to restructure from one appointed Board to multiple elected school boards in regional districts across the state.  School Boards with members elected in local communities will be more equitable and inclusive to all stakeholders.
